#34: Healing Through Food – A Conversation with Anu

This episode is a special one for me. I sit down with Anu, my teacher, a healer, and someone whose wisdom has deeply influenced not just my own journey but also the health and well-being of my family. Anu has opened my eyes to the incredible power of food—not just as fuel, but as medicine, as connection, as a way to return to ourselves.

In this conversation, we explore how eating pure, local, and seasonal foods can transform our bodies and minds. Anu shares her deep knowledge of organic, home-cooked meals and how they don’t just nourish us physically but also energetically. Under her guidance, I’ve witnessed profound shifts—not only in my own health but in how my family thrives. We talk about the process of healing through food, the challenges of detoxification (also known as the healing crisis), and why embracing it with patience and the right nutrition can lead to long-lasting well-being.

This episode is close to my heart because food has been such a huge part of my own self-care and healing. It’s not about rigid rules or extremes, but about reconnecting with the natural wisdom of our bodies and the earth.

In this episode, we dive into:
🌱 How food can be one of the most powerful tools for healing
🌱 The importance of eating seasonally and locally for deeper nourishment
🌱 What a healing crisis really is—and how to move through it with grace
🌱 Practical ways to integrate nourishing foods into daily life

This is more than a conversation about food; it’s about remembering the way we were meant to eat, live, and heal. I hope you’ll join us.
